This 73% Dark Chocolate Bar starts with our Ugandan Forestero roasted and winnowed then the nibs are soaked in traditional Irish whiskey for several days before the whiskey is evaporated off and we got back to making chocolate. The whiskey leaves behind a handsome dollop of Irish flavor!
