This origin has been one of my top favorites as long as I've known about craft chocolate. It's delicious in essentially every step. I enjoy eating it as 100% roasted cacao beans, 100% dark chocolate, 50% sweet chocolate, and it makes for great drinks. I decided to go with 70% for its this batch to bring out its cherry like sweetness.
Its flavor covers the whole spectrum. It's creamy, nutty, and fruity all at once. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Oh and did I mention that it's grown on a bird sanctuary?
