One of the darkest offerings currently available on the site, this origin can certainly handle it. It's been one of my top favorites as long as I've known about craft chocolate. It's delicious in essentially every step. I enjoy eating it as 100% roasted cacao beans, 100% dark chocolate, 50% sweet chocolate, and it makes for great drinks. I decided to go with 75% for its debut to both show how well it can handle less sugar, and to bring out its cherry sweetness.
Its flavor covers the whole spectrum. It's creamy, nutty, and fruity all at once. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Oh and did I mention that it's grown on a bird sanctuary?
